Environmental Center Dog Tour - Friday from 1:30-3pm
Do you enjoy being around dogs? Do you need to nice way to de-stress at the end of your week? Would you like to learn more about Williams' environmentally-friendly and self-sustaining living building? DO YOU ENJOY BEING AROUND DOGS? Visit the Environmental Center this Friday from 1:30pm to 3pm to be around two wonderful therapy dogs, relax with your friends, bring some snacks, do some work if you'd like, and be informed on the amazing ways in which our building produces energy and works on environmental initiatives on campus!
Wildflower & Botany Walk with Prof. Hank Art - Saturday, May 5, from 11am-12:30pm
Join Professor Hark Art for a wildflower and botany walk in Hopkins Forest at 11am. Meet in the Rosenburg Center.
Recap: Williamstown River Cleanup
HooRWA, Williams Surf Club, and community members gathered over 34 full trash bags of roadside trash in Williamstown, with 44 participants (community members and students ranging from ages 6 to 87).  They were also able to move the Hoosic River footbridge back to its proper location. A successful day of cleaning up the local area!
First Sundays Free: BEE Happy Sunday, May 6, from 1-4pm
Enjoy the last First Sunday Free program of the season with a day celebrating “Clark Buzz,” the honey bee initiative at the Clark. Learn about bees and the Clark’s new rooftop apiaries, get your hands dirty making an arsenal of native seed bombs, create your own beeswax candle, and taste the Clark's first batch of honey. Back in the galleries, take a closer look at their collection with a focus on pollinators and pollination in art. For more information, click here.
