REFRESH CONFERENCE 2018 - Nov 9-10, 2018
Many of you were able to join us last August for our Refresh Conference, and there has been a lot of interest in doing it again this year! After praying through what God wants for this year, I am excited to announce the 2018 Refresh Conference will be held on November 9-10th at Trinity Lutheran Church in Delray Beach. Sessions will be on Friday night and Saturday as well as lunch. This is a conference designed to encourage and equip all those serving Jesus in our community, and I hope that this will be a blessing for you to come and be refreshed in Jesus before the holidays begin. It is such a privilege to have our church host such an amazing event in our community.
The first speaker this year will be Pastor David Guzik, an incredible Bible teacher who has also completed a commentary on the entire Bible! His commentary is available on blueletterbible.org as well as on his website enduringword.com for FREE. I think you will be very blessed by His teaching, and I encourage you to go check out the resources he has made available on his website!
Our second speaker will be our good friend —Jason Sanchez, who is the director of the House of Blessing Orphanage in Bachiniva, Mexico. Jason will be helping to lead us in worship as well as sharing with us from his experiences serving Jesus on the mission field. So, mark you calendar now, and I will be sending out registration information, volunteer opportunities, and promotional materials as the date gets closer. Please be praying along with me for all the preparation and for God to be glorified as we plan out this special event.
