Magical Masks of Mayhem

Let me tell you, there's nothing like putting a new book up for sale and having it well received, or landing a coveted project from a top-notch client. April was an exciting month for Rising Phoenix Games, and for me personally, and it all felt like a breath of fresh air. Hopefully I'll be able to speak about some of that in future months, but for now, here are some of the highlights from the blog.

Manual of Masks

The Manual of Masks gives you new player options, adventuring equipment, and magical items for your fifth edition D&D game. It's now available on the GMs Guild. Find out more about the book on the blog.

There are more previews of the character options in this book and another product here.

Reviews

M.T. Black, a best selling creator on the DMs Guild, called the Manual of Masks “Very creative and well written." He added that "there is something in this little supplement for everyone!”

Loot the RPG Internet!

Here's the best stuff we found while surfing the RPG net.

If you love the undead (or love to hate them), then Journals of Dread Vol II: Secrets of the Skeleton is worth checking out. It's a very nice book featuring those fleshless fiends that rattle about the dungeon. The layout and artwork is absolutely stunning and the content is top notch.

Speaking of the undead. If, like me, you cut your roleplaying teeth with Vampire: The Masquerade, you'll be glad to hear that Modiphius is publishing the 5th edition of the game. Find out more here.

Till next time, Tell Thrilling Tales.
