UPCOMING EVENTS AND OPPORTUNITIES!

Seattle International Film Festival’s second annual Works-in-Progress Forum with Washington Filmworks
June 7 & 8, 2018
This program invites filmmakers from around the world to screen their unfinished work and engage in a conversation with industry veterans and audience members that will help shape the finished film.

Washington Filmworks can invite members of the film community to have special access to the event; it's an opportunity for attendees to participate in the process of the filmmaker’s journey and to gain access to networks and opportunities that can help move careers to the next level. Find the film lineup as well as the list of attending industry veterans in the May 9th Screen International article.

Want to participate? Here's what you do: RSVP for at least one narrative or documentary session to attend (you may attend multiple sessions). Washington Filmworks will confirm the working luncheon with industry mentors that best aligns with your screenings. You are welcome to attend the Wednesday cocktail event as well. Once you RSVP, you will receive location details. Space is limited, so RSVP as soon as possible to amy@washingtonfilmworks.org.

Wednesday, June 6
  • Welcome Cocktail, 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm: the first opportunity to meet visiting filmmakers and the industry mentors.
Thursday, June 7 Friday, June 8
