  • Parking: Increased amount of maximum reimbursement to $16.00 per day with receipt.
  • Residential Supplement:  Combined the existing residential addendum with the service and repair addendum in Local 15’s agreement.  The workday now allows for 8-10 consecutive hours per day (with a start time as early as 6:00 am) instead of a 8 or 10 hour workday only.  The Saturday make-up provision has been moved into the main agreement and still requires employee and employer to mutually agree that it be used as a make-up day only for personal issues or inclement weather.  Residential Helper’s wages increased to $16.50 per hour, with an additional $0.25 per hour union dues and a health and welfare contribution determined by Pipe Trades Services MN, currently $1.73, for a total package of $18.48 per hour.  The health and welfare amount is not expected to change as it has not changed since it was first implemented.
  • Background checks: The MMCA and Locals 15 and 34 are continuing to work on background check language agreeable to all parties.
  • Industry Fund amount increased $0.01 above the total increase.
