Good Afternoon!

As I head to Washington D.C. to celebrate my oldest nephew’s college graduation, I am reflecting on how special this weekend will be for him (and for our entire family!).  Graduating from college is a tremendous accomplishment, and can be one of the most exciting and pivotal days in one’s life! The excitement of one big chapter closing and another, even bigger one about to begin, is something we all look forward to. But what if that next chapter doesn’t begin as quickly as we had hoped?

The fact is while most of us are busy trying to make it to that next phase in life, we rarely make plans for what we’re going to do once we get there. We spend so much of our time in college, setting goals for ourselves that when we aren’t able to fulfill them, it can bring about unwanted feelings such as anxiety, depression and worry.

The good news is however, it does get better.

This week’s blog post, 'School's Out' helps identify these common feelings after graduation and the steps you can take towards feeling like you can take on the “real world.”

All my best...
