SOS supporters - I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you who submitted comments on Apex's stipulations.  What an impressive effort!  There were around 70 comments and they were substantive, to say the least.  You covered a lot of topics, included some excellent, relevant information, and once again showed that the citizens of our area have more knowledge and have done more research than Apex has done.  I know that the Department of Public Service read every single comment.  The sloppy job by Apex on the stipulations was made very clear.  Great job, everyone!
