The Charity Commission has put together a welcome pack to help new charity trustees in their role. Each year there are around 100,000 new trustees, appointed either as trustees of newly registered charities or existing established charities.

Name: The Hilden Charitable Fund Play Scheme Grants
The Fund has allocated a small budget to help community groups run summer play schemes for disadvantaged communities. Some priority will be given to projects which show they are inclusive of children from refugee families and show BME involvement. Application deadline 1 June 2018.
