300 Million Years Old.....
Colossal Trilobite Pendants
Alisha now offers two sizes of her Trilobite Fossil Pendants. "Colossal" Trilobite Pendant is now available. This year, on our trip to the Tucson gem and mineral show, Alisha spotted and hand picked more Utah Trilobite fossils. She designed this spiky Trilobite setting especially for the larger fossils. Each of the pendants will be slightly different due to subtle variations between each fossil specimen but all are uniquely beautiful. The pendant is 2” long and 1 1/4” across.
There are over 20,000 trilobite species and the fossils are found on every continent on earth. They existed 300 million years ago and are extinct arthropods, a distant relative to horseshoe crabs, spiders and lobsters.

Swim as fast as you can...
Jaws ~ Shark Pendant
Pictured here in blue and green wax is Alisha's new 'Jaws' Shark Pendant. This frightening and whimsically wonderful shark pendant swims straight towards you, mouth gaping and teeth barred. It will be cast in sterling silver and we (HOPE) to have it available in time for the Vallejo Pirate Festival in mid-June. The piece is 1 1/2" high x 1 3/4" across at the fins.

Oospore Octopus
Pictured here in green wax is my new Oospore Octopus Pendant. Fluid and detailed tentacles embrace and undulate around this organic 31 carat, Mexican Matrix Fire Opal. I imagine this intriguing opal contains some alien life form waiting to hatch. The opals nodules are bursting with opalescence and intrigue.

Each a one of it's Kind...
Scepter Fyre and Icicle Dragons
Two versions of my ‘Vintage Crystal Dragon’ are ready for their first flights. ‘Scepter Fyre Dragon’ clutches an obelisk shaped Koroit opal with flame shaped patterns licking along the the stone. ‘Scepter Icicle Dragon’ clutches a scepter shaped Australian boulder opal that screamed to be named ‘Icicle.’ Both pieces are cast in sterling silver and include a heavy link chain. Many hours of wax carving are required to adapt each wax to encircle and guard it’s unique treasure.

Pirates invade the Vallejo Waterfront this Father's Day weekend...
Pirates at work and at Play
The Magic Crew will be at the Nor Cal Pirate Festival over Father's Day weekend, June 16-17. It’s one of our favorite shows and we love getting dressed up and walking the plank at the Vallejo waterfront. Each day there is a ship to shore cannon battle and plenty of music and entertainment. We look forward to seeing all of our regulars again this year.
