This year's UKAGP Conference has been designed to promote dialogue on the current status of Gestalt Practice in the UK, and to consider where we go from here. Hence the title:

Here and Now... What Next?

As the National Organisation for Gestalt Therapy in the UK, we are keen to engage our membership in this important conversation about our future.

Our starting point is that Gestalt is an orientation that is 'at risk', in decline and increasingly marginalised within mental health and well-being services, and that change is needed if we are to thrive as a modality. 

Do you agree or disagree?  All perspectives welcome!

We are keen for this to be a lively debate, for multiple perspectives to be heard and chewed over by the community. We are a small committee of volunteers, and dependent on your energetic engagement in this debate/discussion. We also need your help to identify next steps, if any, and to take appropriate action in service of our community.

There is also an opportunity to work with the UKAGP Organising Committee on Sunday 1st July as we process the views and priorities expressed at the Saturday Conference, and use this to develop our strategic plan for the next 3 years.
