STATEMENT: District Commander Chief Inspector Lewis Basford on parish council's decision to find a PCSO
Epping Forest District Commander Chief Inspector Lewis Basford - on Buckhurst Hill Parish Council's decision to fund a Police and Community Support Officer - said: "When I started as District Commander and met the parish council it was clear they were extremely supportive of our local Police and Community Support Officers.
"I hope over the coming weeks and months that residents get to see a visible presence in the community and they establish a good link with our Community Team."
