Hi <<First Name>>

Thank you to everyone who was so supportive last month (in emails and in thought) when I had so many problems with my website. I was able to upgrade the service and the site has been up since then. I am working on some other changes to improve the performance as I have time.

For those of you who emailed me, but didn't hear back from me, I want you to know that your words meant a lot to me in this crisis. I'm sorry that I didn't respond but I was focused on getting the website running. I read them all and thank you with all of my heart.

This is my first email since then and I hope we'll all have a better experience with this one.
