Journaling is an immensely beneficial habit. Unfortunately, it's also a pretty difficult habit to start for many people.

If I've learned anything about habit building over the years, it's that if you can make a habit fun or interesting from the jump, you're more likely to stick with it. So in my time journaling, I've taken to using 6 journaling methods to keep it interesting. As a bonus, they tend to deliver some pretty good results, as well.
