Summer is right around the corner, and we will be providing more details about the always amazing Summer Library Programs soon.

In the meantime, we still have Memorial Day, Father's Day, and a variety of special programs that you won't want to miss.

Learn how to design and print something patriotic! 
No registration required, but please take note that your print job will most likely not be completed this evening, and you will have to return to pick it up.                          
Kids and Family Events
Basics of Backyard Maple Syrup
Tuesday, May 22nd @ 6:00 p.m.
Join Doug Zahn, lifelong maple syrup maker, to learn some basics about choosing and tapping trees, collecting sap and boiling it into syrup. This program will be tailored to kids, but is open to everyone.
Chirp, Cheep, Squawk!
A Super Storytime all about Birds
Saturday, May 26 @ 11:00 a.m.

Join Ms. Kelsey for some bird-brained fun!
Enjoy stories, rhymes, and songs all about birds.
Families of all ages are welcome.
Father's Day Make & Take for Children
Mini-Veggie Garden
with Yerke Frog Alley Greenhouses
Thursday, June 7th @ 6:00 p.m.

Children in grades K5-6 are invited to participate in this special event to create a Mini-Veggie Garden for Father's Day. Adults are welcome to assist! 
Space is limited and registration is required.

Your Brain on IT: the Human Impact of Information Technology
Wednesday, May 23rd @ 6:00 p.m.

Technology-based activities, from social networking and instant communication to entertainment, have exploded into our lives. 
Dr. Philip Chard, a psychotherapist and columnist for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, will explore the perils and promises posed by this technology, and discuss strategies to help us be the masters of technology, rather than its servants.
This program is free and open to everyone.
No previous experience is needed, but registration is required.
