May is International Chick Lit Month, so to celebrate, I've joined over forty chick lit author friends for a massive giveaway on Facebook. In the pinned post on my page, you can enter to win the first two ebooks in the Got That Swing series. There is also a link for everyone to download a free copy of the Catching Onix audiobook. At the bottom of the post, is the link to the Facebook Group where you can find the major giveaways and all the other authors who are participating. The theme this year is Happily Ever After, in celebration of the upcoming royal wedding. Good luck!
This past month has been quite eventful (I'll fill you in more in the next section) so I don't have any new book reviews to share. Instead of a review, I thought you might like a free ebook, or two, or forty. I've also joined a group of Australian and New Zealand contemporary romance writers for an Instafreebie giveaway. I have an ebook copy of Catching Onix in this giveaway - you've already got that one as part of the Dance, Romance & Military Life ebook you received from joining my newsletter, but there are a whole bunch of other fabulous books for you to read for free.
The past few weeks have been crazy but in an awesome way. My husband has finally come home after a seven-month deployment to the middle east with the Royal Australian Air Force. We are all so happy to have him home again. Those first few moments together at the airport were priceless.
All the moments since he's been home have been flat out. We had planned to buy a house after hubby came home, but we didn't think we'd do it within the first week! Now we're in the middle of piles of paperwork and hoping it all falls into place. The agent who showed us around has the same first name as my husband, and the property owner's last name is the same as my maiden name, so I have a good feeling about it all.
Do you see patterns and coincidences like that as good luck? Has something like that happened to you? Reply to this email and tell me about it, I'd love to know.
If you've read any of my books and have a couple of minutes spare, I'd love it if you wrote a short review on Amazon or Goodreads.
