Energetic support for ultimate wellbeing

Hello light beings!

I hope that 2018, the Year of the Earth Dog is treating you well and you're not going barking mad! The energy I'm observing is that it really is a year of leadership (dogs look for this). Planning, preparation, routine, loyalty, trust, protection, love and friendship are all key ingredients for the energies to harness this year.

I wonder with 2018 being a Master Year, how are you travelling in this regard? Is your inner teacher connecting with your inner master? Are you really connected to co-creating your life with mastery embracing your feeling side of your being? Or are you caught up with incessant thoughts and trapped in the cage of logic?

Over the last few months of this year, I've been working on collating tools to assist us with maintaining our equilibrium. Of course, using the Equilibrium Aura-Soma bottles is the best place to start as these alchemical jewels allow us to embody our colours for ultimate self exploration. How are you going with your bottles? Have you finished them to the last drop? What insights have you gathered during this period of time? Have you used your Soul bottle yet to assist you with your mission & purpose in this life? I recently finished my soul bottle B45 Breath of Love (Turquoise / Magenta) for the second time. It really reminded me that I have everything I need within me for my transformation.

Collating my tools, I've been assembling the Ultimate Chakra Toolkit. Using the Aura-Soma bottles, together with colour oracle cards, I've formulated a method to provide you with your energetic supportive toolkit. It includes options like doTERRA oils; Aura-Soma supplementary products such as pomanders & quintessences; crystals; reference to the 72 angels; and light frequency essences.

To kick things off to support your energetic being, I finally can now offer you my E-Book, The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Colour. This is a free resource to help you with the themes surrounding each colour and in particular, incorporating the use of the pomanders in your daily routine to support your energetic needs.

The winter Solstice is tomorrow and this is a perfect time to give thanks and reboot. If you can't make it to a group ritual, create your own. Light a candle, burn some incense consecrating your space and then give thanks for all that you have received in this last year. I encourage you to go further with this a write down what you want to let go of and then allow yourself to dream. What are your hopes & dreams? Imagine this future and set an intention to bring in the qualities needed for this next cycle ahead.

I will be offering a number of different workshops soon. There will be a doTERRA make it & take it workshop to create your own essential oil blends. I'll be making this faery special as I'll be able to share with you another one of projects that I've been working on incorporating the angels & the essential oils together! Also, I will be offering an intimate Chakra Toolkit Workshop for 7 "faery" special beings before I take the workshop out with bigger groups. Look out for the details coming soon.

I had no idea what to expect for my Aura-Soma session with Jikara. So it was with a curious mind and open heart that I arrived into Jikara's tranquil space. A large lightbox that transformed pretty coloured bottles into rainbow jewels shone against one wall. I was transfixed by the amazing colours and combinations. Jikara explained the process where I was to relax, close my eyes and breathe deeply into a point just a little above my belly button. When I opened my eyes I should choose a bottle that appeals to me the most. I was to do this four times in total. Jikara then invited me to say why I had been drawn to the bottles I chose and what the colours meant to me ... or what I felt when I looked at them. She then explained what the colour and colour combinations meant from an Aura-somatic position. I hadn't a clue about my 'whys' and 'wherefores' but trusted the process and was amazed by what I said about the colours without any thought, just described what they made me feel when I looked at them. The explanations that followed built on experiences that had been growing for me over this last year and were unknown to Jikara. And she was able to drill to a deeper level than I had ever acknowledged. It was an amazing liberating experience, with some tears and confronting realisations but all provided a wonderfully positive framework to work with in the coming year. Highly recommended for those interested in tapping into their hidden depths and seeking a better balanced way for approaching their lives.
