There are a few seats available! Setsugekka is the ideal teahouse to transport Mom to Japan without the plane ticket. Souheki Mori will hold a special tea ceremony, which includes a short lecture of Japanese tea ceremony, authentic tea ceremony on tatami mats, and a bowl of hand whisking matcha. Moreover, you can get a portrait of Mom by Yukiko, a professional illustrator. She draws a portrait of your mom while Souheki is conducting the tea ceremony.

You will also be able to enjoy special sweets by YS pastry. We are looking forward to seeing you and serving matcha for you. Thank you.

House Ground Matcha on May 18th

We will grind tencha into matcha on Friday, May 18th from 2 pm to 3 pm. Please stop by to observe how we grind matcha and enjoy a bowl of freshest matcha.

You can purchase our house ground matcha by weight, so you will be able to enjoy it at home as well as our teahouse. Please note that the amount of tencha we will grind is limited. So we are sorry if it is sold out before you come. Thank you for your kind understanding.
