We’re updating our Privacy Policy
In line with the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) that will come into effect on 25th May, we are contacting all of our current and previous customers to let you know about what information we have stored for you and how it is used.
When you place a booking with Contours Holidays, we will create a unique customer ID for you on our private database, which stores your name, postal address, email address and telephone number along with your booking history. This helps us to streamline the booking process for returning customers and also allows us to calculate your eligibility for loyalty discounts. We will not store any payment information for you.
We take your privacy very seriously. Our database is fully secured and is only accessible to Contours staff and our external web support team. The only third parties with whom we share this information are the accommodations and service providers that are used during the course of your holiday. We will never sell or otherwise distribute your data to anyone else.
You will also have the right to request a copy of the data we have stored for you, and to ask for it to be deleted from our database if you wish. If you would like to do this, please contact info@contours.co.uk.
