Hi there - It's been busy as! Here's a bit about what we've been up to and what's coming up. In the last month or so we have had a whole bunch of shows with artist including Hans Pucket, Zero Cool, Girlboss, researchintospeed, Geocities, Pencarrow, Mirror Stage, Defetus, PomPom, Fruit Juice Parade, Riptide, Enchiladas and more! We were also lucky enough to host a cool DIY pedal building workshop where about 15 of you built your own fuzz pedal. A big thanks to Palmerston North City Library for co-hosting the workshop with us. Last fortnight the Smokefree Rockquest Manawatū Regional Heats were held at the Globe Theatre. The Finals will be there again on Friday the 8th June from 7pm. Pre-sales are available on Rockquest's website. We're incredibly stoked to again be offering up our 'Future Recording Artist' Prize to this year's competing artists. The winners will receive a full day of recording at The Stomach as well as mixing and mastering for their own original songs.
Coming up we've got a heap of Radio Control 99.4FM Live To Airs, thanks to NZ on Air Music, with artists including Geo Citiez, Wax Chattels, DEPTHS, Polyester, Dick Tracy with more to be announced soon. As if that's not enough, we're also gearing up for SwampFest 2018 in October. Many more details on that to come soon.
