Reminder: Re-accommodation Guidelines
Air New Zealand wishes to remind agents of the re-accommodation guidelines for customers booked on NZ7000 series flights for travel from 28 October 2018, the following rebooking guidelines apply.

| Trans-Tasman Economy class |
- Rebooked to closest timed Air NZ operated service in best available booking class.

| Trans-Tasman Business class |
- Rebook to Air NZ service in Business Premier.

- If no Business Premier is available, rebook best available Economy class. A retrospective refund will apply, please contact Agency Sales.

Itineraries that involve travel on NZ7000 series flights operated by Virgin Australia for travel within Australia, these bookings will require you to manually rebook customers as per below. Please note this includes all passengers travelling to Norfolk Island, Pacific Islands and Longhaul destinations.

| For travel from PER + ADL |
- Rebook onto a direct NZ operated flight i.e. PER-AKL, PER-CHC, ADL-AKL
Example 1:
ADL-MEL-CHC, rebook ADL-AKL-CHC on
Air New Zealand services.
Example 2:
PER-SYD-AKL, rebook PER-AKL on Air New Zealand
services.
NB: If the direct flight doesn't suit, the below option is
available:

| For travel that includes a domestic AU (NZ7000 series) operated by Virgin Australia |
- Rebook VA prime flight number in T class for Economy and I class for Business
Example 1:
BNE-SYD-AKL, rebook BNE-SYD on VA prime flight
number in T Class
- Call Agency Sales if T or I booking class is not available.

If above is not suitable the following options exist for customers may apply:
- Change to a different flight within 72 hours of the original departure. Rebook best available booking class, no fare difference or change fees will apply. Tickets must be endorsed with “Reissued due NZ VA alliance”
- Reroute to another Air New Zealand destination, change fees will be waived, however any fare difference will apply. Tickets must be endorsed with “Reissued due NZ VA alliance”.
- Full refund is available. Tickets must be endorsed with “Refund due NZ VA alliance”.
