As you will be aware with all the flurries of emails, the European privacy regulations have changed and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect today. Your email is on the Norwich Saturday 5Rhythms list because you either gave it from being at a past class, or you signed up online, or because you asked directly to be put on the mailing list. We're writing now to let you know what personal data we hold for you and what this is used for.
Our mailing list records simply your name and your email address and the region that you live in. Your details are used to inform you of upcoming 5Rhythms events and workshops, together with occasional bits of news from the community and resources that you might find interesting, such us links to music tracks and playlists. Your information will never be shared with other people or groups without your express consent.
You can unsubscribe from receiving these emails about Norwich Saturday 5Rhythms at any time, with an option at the end of each email we send out - scroll down to footer for link to unsubscribe. There is also a link in the footer for you to update the information we hold for you (preferences).

Summer 5Rhythms with Ruth Hirst

Come and join the Norwich tribe as we once again lose ourselves in order to find ourselves on the 5Rhythms dancefloor.
No moves to learn, and nothing to get right or wrong. All welcome.
Class start 6.45pm (doors open 6.30pm) and ends at 9.15pm.

Invitation to gig with James Frost You are invited to a garden concert hosted by Bruce Lankford at 'Little Africa' in Norwich with James Frost on Sunday afternoon 19th August 2018. As well as beautiful songs and opportunities to join in, there will be BBQ, story-telling and an open fire. Free to those have already supported James's new album crowdfunder - or if you haven't done so yet, you can book a space and make a gift to him on the day. Spaces limited.
