Don't miss our last local concert of the season!
They say that after seven years, all of the cells in your body have been renewed -- so in a way, you're a completely new person.
Our first performance at the Berkeley Festival Fringe was in 1998, twenty years ago; we've more than renewed ourselves since then! Come celebrate, and see the new Musica Pacifica, with new violinist Ingrid Matthews, perform what we do best: the dazzling, the passionate, and the infrequently heard.
For $20, or as able, you'll hear sonatas by an astonishing array of composers including Tarquinio Merula, Antonio Bertali, Heinrich Schmelzer, Johann Rosenmüller, P.J. Bödecker, Dario Castello, and Marco Uccellini. And we’re delighted to be joined for this concert by our talented colleague, John Lenti, on theorbo and guitar.
