Bill Felter started as a home brewer with the name Double Dollar Brewing Co., but seriously, that wasn’t a marketable name so Serious Brewing Company was born. He renovated the old KPI Screen Printing facility in Howes Cave and created a world class brewing facility that opened early this year.  As a NYS Farm Brewery, his current lineup of beers uses 100% NYS grown hops and a minimum of 48% NYS grown malts. Join us this coming Tuesday as Bill samples you on the following, and enjoy a spread of lite appetizers to go along with his delicious brews.  $10/non-mug club member, FREE for mug club members.
Stonewalled Maple Porter. Brewed with 175 gallons of locally harvested maple sap and finished off with two gallons of Maple Syrup. 5.5% ABV 
Schoharie Burning Belgian Wheat Ale. Brewed with Coriander, Sweet Orange Peel, and Grains of Paradise. This is a refreshing ale for your summer enjoyment. 4.5% ABV
Running Red Coat Red Ale. Red hued ale with notes of roasted malts. 4.9% ABV
ALCO Oatmeal Milk Stout. Smooth Milk Stout with hints of Chocolate and Coffee. 4.5% ABV

3 nights a week (soon to be 4 nights a week) with Open Mic on Thursday and great local performers on Friday and Saturday. Join Greg Bucking who hosts This week's open mic on Thursday at 5:30 (drummers, we have a house kit!).  Don't miss amazing performances this weekend by Peter Pashoukos on Friday night and Tim Wechgelaer on Saturday night.  Also, stay tuned for our summertime Tuesday music series, Bluesday Tuesday with live blues and barbecue specials each week.
Trivia Night in the Cellar Tavern
Join us each Wednesday night and test your knowledge on anything and everything!
Prizes will be awarded upon each round and to the top team for the night. Prizes will vary week-to-week, but you can expect drinks, food, swag and more to be in the mix!
