Transition Update to New Uniform Company
Beginning next year, Lutz Prep is changing uniform vendors to Red’s Team Sports (Red’s). Red’s has been in business for several years and holds a great track record working with schools. As you may have read in previous articles of the Newsflash, 2018-19 will be a transition year where students may continue to wear the uniforms they currently wear to Lutz Prep. However, the following year (2019-2020), all uniform polos will come from Red’s. As previously mentioned, the company will offer a variety of shirt options to help meet our student’s needs or preferences.
Red’s is in the process of creating a customized website that will feature all the uniform options, website should be up and running by June 1, 2018. These options will include, but not be limited to, cotton blend and Dri-Fit polos, variety of bottoms, outerwear, PE uniforms, spirit shirts and accessories. All orders will be shipped directly to your home. The prices are lower than Land’s End (our current partner for uniforms) which adds as an additional benefit to our families.
There are three options to be fitted for uniforms:
Visit Red’s physical location in the Brandon/Riverview area: 4542 Eagle Falls Pl, Tampa, FL 33619
Attend Red’s Uniform Day (TBA): Red’s will be at Lutz Prep with a variety of uniform options to try on and take orders.
Stop by Lutz Prep during summer office hours to visit our “Fitting Station.” We will have a few sizes for students to try on. The Fitting Station will remain at Lutz Prep all year.
As with any change, we anticipate families may have questions so please click HERE to view a Q & A link for your convenience. Thank you for your support and patience during this transition! Please contact administration@lutzprep.org with any additional questions.
