Petitioning Training in Support of Zellnor Myrie

Petitioning starts in June!  It is one of the most important and concrete ways that CBID helps its endorsed candidates.  If you've never petitioned before and want to know what its all about, or just want a refresher, please join us at the following petitioning trainings:

Wednesday, 5/23 7-9pm, led by Josh Skaller
Saturday, 6/2 4-6pm, led by Dan Campinelli

Both will be at the Community Room at 230 Park Place, and will be joined by IDC challenger Zellnor Myrie's campaign and his team. Zellnor is a strong progressive challenging an IDC aligned incumbent.  He can use all the help we can give him.

Politics 101

This workshop opens up these topics, and others, which are ignored by political science classes, the media and even Wikipedia pages. It covers covers topics such as: Political Geography, The Party Structure in America, and How to engage in the existing system for real effect.
