3X4 Genetics invites you to a talk by world-renowned speaker Dr Myles Spar (LA, USA). Dr Spar is a medical consultant to the NBA, co-chair of the American Board of Integrative Medicine and an expert in precision preventative medicine and men’s health.

Dr Spar will explore the power of purpose and of identifying unique genetic health risks in motivating real behavior change in yourself and others.

Having a clearly identified sense of purpose is one of the attributes common to people who live the longest and healthiest on earth. When you are able to gain insight into the health issues that can get in your way of achieving that purpose, you can take meaningful steps to stay on track. That’s what precision preventive medicine is about.
