Calgary is a vibrant, modern city with many great restaurants, bars and museums.  It's most popular attraction of course is the Calgary Stampede - a world class rodeo held in July every year.

The Rocky Mountaineer is a rightly popular luxury train with several journeys to choose from. Jules travelled on the two day Banff to Vancouver route and enjoyed the Gold Leaf dome car with fabulous food on board!

There are other rail options between Vancouver and the Rockies so get in touch to discuss options for your trip to Canada.  Most of our clients spend 2-3 weeks travelling between Calgary and Vancouver with many extending time on Vancouver Island and going on to one of the remote Bear Lodges or up to Alaska.

VANCOUVER is an amazing city
- voted by many as one of the best places to live in the world, it's easy to get around on foot and using public transport, it's surrounded by mountains and oceans, there are hundreds of amazing restaurants, and fabulous experiences, some of which Jules visited such as Fly Over Canada, Capilano Suspension Bridge & Stanley Park.
