Parent Meeting for Travelling delegates - June 6th

This is the last parent meeting before delegations leave on their adventutres. Parents are expected to bring all their paperwork and Interchange parents are to bring all required CRCs. Paperwork will be reviewed that evening by our Risk Manager, Jodi. Also our JCs will lead parents through a CISV activity to experience a sample of what your kids will experience at Camp! The evening will also include delegation time.

Parents need to bring the following on Wednesday:

The original form plus 3 copies of:

1. Health Form (all)

2. Child Traveling with Leader Legal Form (11-15yr old)

3. Adult Legal Form (21+)

4. Child Travelling Alone Legal Form (16+)

5. Additional Travel Form (only if staying beyond program)

Farewell Event - June 13th

Attention All Delegations, Interchanges, JCs , IPP, Peace Bus and Youth Meeting Participants for 2018

A reminder of the upcoming Farewell Party for you (and a Welcome Home party for our YM to Sweden), and all family members that will be taking place on Wednesday June 13 from 7-8:45 pm at JM Carmichael school.
The itinerary includes a short presentation by each group, followed by light refreshments.
The snacks will be donated by a potluck format.
Leaders, please let us know approximate numbers of guests you expect (including your delegates).
RSVP to Jackie Sieber by Sunday June 10.

Optional Activity: Pollinator Planting - June 6th

There is a pollinator planting at Gzowski Park in Kitchener from 6-8pm this Wednesday, June 6th. This is not a purely CISV event but CISVers will be there to help out and we'd love to have more hands to pitch in!

Mini-Camp/MEGA-Camp

Thank you to all the participants and volunteers at spring minicamp! Hoping to see everyone at fall MEGAcamp (a collaboration of London, Toronto, and Waterloo) from October 12-14, 2018.
