  • Status of Elwell Park artwork rehab project and East of the River Park Master Plan draft design for Elwell Park
    • Chair will present brief background and status of artwork rehab
    • Park Board representatives will present draft Elwell designs and status
    • Chair will facilitate discussion focusing on:
      • Additional input from stakeholders on design draft
      • Implications for artwork rehab plan
      • Next steps and any needed coordination or considerations moving forward with the artwork rehab project
