You may have just watched the video with a perfectly calm Chris Anderson looking like he’s chatting to one of his daughters rather than recording a video that will be watched many millions of times. His tips are wonderful, yet if the simple thought of standing up in front of the audience fills you with fear then step one for you is to overcome the fear, and for some, this means learning how to handle panic attacks.
