Suggestions for Refresher Workshops

The Leadership Wimmera Committee would like to hear your ideas for refresher workshops.

What subject areas would you like our current Leading Teams facilitators to explore at workshops organised specifically for people who have graduated from a Leadership Wimmera program 2002-2017?

Would you like to brush up on your public speaking skills?  Or revisit your personal trademark?  Get tips for setting boundaries/limits within your team?  Explore ways to positively mentor junior staff?

To keep costs down we anticipate holding these workshops on the Wednesday evening of the Regional Leadership Skills workshops.

Email your suggestions to sboddi@wda.org.au
