We are officially one year old as a farm and thanks to your support in our first year, things are going very well on the farm.
Read on for details about what we're bringing to market this year, where to find us, how to purchase a CSA share or place a deposit for a Thanksgiving turkey or Fall pork freezer order.
We're excited to bring you even more food this year to the following markets:
- Saturday: Junction Farmers Market 9am-1pm
- Sunday: Leslieville Farmers Market 9am-2pm
- Monday: Sorauren Farmers Market 3pm-7pm
- Tuesday: Stonegate Farmers Market 4pm-7pm
- Pick-up at the farm on Fridays 4:30-8:30 on Sundays 2pm-6-m
Here's what we're bringing each week:
- 12 fresh whole and 4 chicken halves that are raised outdoors on a diet of certified organic feed. Best to order in advance if you want one!!
- frozen marinated chicken (jerk or herb & garlic)
- frozen chicken parts (breasts, legs, thighs, drums, wings, livers, hearts & feet)
- mushrooms (shiitake, oysters, lion's mane & more)
- pizza (three smoked duck & funghi and three funghi)
- gluten-free sausages (chicken or pork in a variety of flavours)
- tamworth pork (bacon, peameal bacon, should roasts, boston butts, side ribs, ground, hocks & more)

Community Supported Agriculture or CSA is where you pre-pay a farmer for the food from their farm. In our case, it acts like a gift card so that you can customize it to meet your needs. You receive first notice when products are available and don't have to wait in line at the market. It helps us with cash flow (80% of our expenses are at the start of the season!) and in exchange we give you some bonus bucks to spend.
