I hope that America's Call to Prayer emails are a blessing to you. As you know, we sent out an email on Friday asking for a response for everyone who would like to continue receiving our emails. This was due to a new law which just went into effect. The law mostly effects those receiving our emails in Europe. (I know, it's America's Call to Prayer but we have Europeans who sign up for our Emails). We ran into a problem with some people not being able to respond back to the email due to the font being too big for it to work. I'm not sure why this happened since I used a template from Mail Chimp (our Email service), but because of that glitch I have kept everyone on the list who I could determine lives in America. If you would prefer not to continue receiving these email, please unsubscribe at the bottom of this form. Otherwise, you'll remain on our list without having to respond to Friday's email. Just so you know, we never share or sell your information to anyone.

The American P.I.E.
At America's Call to Prayer, we want to encourage believers in Jesus to join in on the American P.I.E.

Here's what it is:
 
Pray: Seek the Lord above all else. Communicate with Him daily. Share your heart and listen to His.
Pray for all those in authority--American citizens, elected officials, Christians (the ekklesia),  and all who are in positions of authority.
 
Inform yourself: Study the Bible, the ultimate authority that will judge all things in the end.
Study the constitution--the law of the land that you, as a citizen-politician, are to protect and defend. 
Inform yourself about current events, laws that are being introduced and voted on, and the trends of society.
 
Express: 
Speak, pray, and proclaim the Word of God. Let your conversation support the Gospel as you speak to your friends, family, and those in your sphere of influence. Speak the Truth. Vote. Write your legislatures, judges, school boards, the media, and whoever else the Lord leads, to make your voice and views heard.

We can look at news events to help identify where we are as a nation. We use this to pray for America. However, keep in mind, that in order to change the direction we are going, we need to speak the Word of God prophetically. This Word might be Scripture spoken in God's timing, or it may be a prophetic word given to us by His Holy Spirit through dreams, visions, or revelation, which we release from a pure heart that is aligned with Him. In either case these words have the power to change or maintain the direction we are going as needed. Don't let the "news" bog you down, but use it as a guide in your prayers and prophetic declarations.
