A new chapter

Maybe this title is a bit dramatic but, it does quite feel like a new chapter today.

This past weekend we were busy exhibiting at Nairobi’s Bargain Box fair where we launched some new products, including our first proper foray into fabric!

These 100% cotton kangas/sarongs were hand-screenprinted in Nairobi, by Dragonfly Designs. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a silkscreen so big!

We adapted our popular rooster print to create the design.

Our Sunshine Club subscribers were, as usual, the first to receive this new product. One of them asked for ideas of how to use their new sarong and here are just a few I can think of: headscarf, shawl, beach cover-up, something to lie on outdoors, baby carrier, wall hanging, table cloth… Let me know your ideas! 

We still have black, blue, red and purple sarongs in stock, at KES 3,000 each. If you’d like to purchase one, just reply to this email with your colour preference and phone number, and we’ll follow up before the end of the week.

We also launched our 2018 phone case designs!
If you’d like one, please reply with your phone number and the phone model you need, and we’ll also follow up before the end of the week. They are also KES 3,000 each but we are offering a KES 2,500 introductory price, especially for our subscribers.

Last but not least, we introduced travel mugs.
For carrying your favourite hot beverages, on the go. These are going for KES 2,500. Again, just email us if you’d like one.
