Happy spring <<First Name>> - finally!
Guess what? The new book MAINTENANT 12: A JOURNAL OF CONTEMPORARY DADA WRITING AND ART (978-1941110652, Three Rooms Press) is available now! The book features work that explores theme “We Are All A ‘Like." My digital art piece "SCREAM" is featured in the book on page 29! - just one page away from my lucky number, haha. The book has 200 pages of dada art and writing, and I am so honored to be included in the "3RP Family" ;)
I won't be able to make the US book launches, but maybe you can! Events in the US will take place in NYC on June 1 at Cornelia Street Cafe, and on June 6 at Le Poisson Rouge, and in LA on June 9 "La Di Dada 6" at Beyond Baroque.

Initially created for a collaborative artist project, this series has taken on a life of its own! You can find more from the series in my online shop, too. I'm definitely going to create more surreal and dadaist art in the future...

I'm also getting ready for my move to Syracuse, NY to start graduate school! Or, as I wrote in my updated website bio "...pursuing Master of Arts in the Goldring Arts Journalism Program at Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications for the 2018-2019 summer and academic year." Yep, it's a full, one-year program and I start this summer. I've been saying my good-byes, taking photos with friends and of my own hometown. I'm doing the once-per-decade attic clean-out, and am nearly all packed up.
I'm trying to finish many (hopefully all) of the projects I started over the last two years since I initially applied to grad school, deferred, and continued to create more projects, haha. I'll be launching a course on teachable, a website offering design for artists and supplementary magazine, and more...
