The energies of this time-frame from now until the summer solstice is a potent time for germinating any seeds that you've been planting this spring. I don't spend much time as you know, explaining the energies and spiritual phases that our planet is moving through. I do like to bring to your attention -- as I am able to -- when and how the energies may support what we are working on as Humans.
One of the best ways to germinate what we are working on is to mind our thoughts. Our thoughts are both seed and fertilizer for everything. Our minds can talk us into or out of a mood. Our minds can create our dreams or dash them in far less than a second. Our minds can also fertilize our desires into manifestation with appropriate balance and focus.
With regard to balance of thoughts/mind -- I can feel you asking what may be meant by this...Pay attention for the next hour or two, as to where your mind goes. Does it go to negativity? Naysaying? Doubting? Does it go to fantasizing? Daydreaming about that lottery win? Is your mind awaiting service and wanting to focus on someone else's problems or desires? Watch your thoughts and whether they are weighted positively or negatively. If you find that you allow a lot of neutral time -- you are ahead of the game. An example of this neutrality would be when your mind is quiet while mindfully or meditatively, going about a task.
To bring balance to your mind, work on getting the time spent in positive and neutral thought, up higher than the time spent in negative thought. Once you have a sense of what you are working with in your headspace, now choose your focus.
In terms of focusing positively, this can fertilize what we are manifesting, with a mere few minutes of positive thinking a day! Abraham Hicks would tell you 17 seconds is enough of a focus. I have found that working on the balance of my mind and thoughts is more supportive of manifesting, than spending 17 seconds in joy and not holding myself accountable for hours of depression or negative rumination. I'm just sayin' :).
