Welcome to the sixth newsletter of 2018 and happy winter to all! If you are based in Victoria you can share in the joy of beautiful crisp mornings and stunning sunrises. 

Now that Winter is well and truly here it may be time to cook up grandma's stew or dig into some delicious winter soup. At the end of this newsletter we have included some hearty winter recipes to warm you up.

Hitting the colder weather also means we're halfway through the year so tax time is almost upon us. For those seeking some info on making the EOFY easier, check out our below EOFY tips for fitness professionals.

Beating the winter blues
