A practical drawing course for those who want to learn to draw but aren’t sure where to begin. Whatever your experience, this course will guide you through a series of exercises designed to build confidence and enjoyment of materials. If popular this course may continue into the Autumn term.

I am showing an installation of recent small daily drawings in my Garden Studio, Riverside Road, Shoreham Beach BN43 5RB, accompanied by music and song created for the exhibition by Rebecca Askew, performed each Sunday at 2pm. Together we will be running a short Drawing Singing Workshop on Sunday 17th June 9-11am.

Virginia Woolf: an exhibition inspired by her writings

A major exhibition featuring 80 female artists from 1854 to the present day, centred on the pioneering writings of celebrated author Virginia Woolf. See works by Barbara Hepworth, Vanessa Bell, Gwen John, Eileen Agar, Penny Slinger and Claude Cahun.

Katie Sollohub is a Sussex based artist interested in documenting and recording the places she lives and works in through drawings, paintings, performance, photography and poetry.
Katie is also an inspirational teacher, using her own experiences and processes to help motivate others. She aims to live life as a Creative Journey, and generously takes others along for the ride.
