We've been busy doing art (more next week) - but now we're back! and the first thing we have to tell you... is... that...

WE'RE DOING A WAITING ROOM TOWN HALL TAKEAWAY - from The Orange Pip Kitchen - in Middlesbrough's newly restored Town Hall.

Beginning on July 1st and running for 3 months, we're putting out Waiting Room fayre in brown compostable boxes and bags. (Anyone fancy a summer job?) Serving Waiting Room coffee, and drinks and this menu - splashed all over this email with pics which we've taken this week:
 

• Spinach, Mushroom and Feta Curry 
• Brazilian Black bean Chilli Burrito
• A brand new Pea Burger and Tamarind Chutney
• Halloumi and Aubergine Stuffed Pita
• Butternut Squash, Kale, White Grape and Olive Salad
• Baked Sweet Potato Waldorf
