Thanks to all who attended the Grade 3 and 4 concert. The band, chorus and orchestras brought spirit, beat and AWESOME sound. Congratulations to all!
Jacob's Pillow staff went above and beyond hosting our second graders for a tour of Jacob's Pillow, movement classes exploring the theme of immigration, and a visit to the archive to learn about the history and variety of dance which is part of our human experience.
On Monday we will celebrate the Chess Club tournament and participation with Dr. Kalish at a special assembly. Families are welcome!
This Thursday Great Barrington police, ambulance and fire departments will join us for Safety Day. At a 9 a.m. all school the men and women who care for all of us will share with all students why they serve. We will also celebrate our Special Olympians at this assembly. Parents and famlly members are welcome.
Second and third grade also leave the building for field trips again next week. Please keep the conversations going at home about what respectful behavior looks like at school and on field trips. We are very grateful for all the opportunities our community partners offer and always want to represent well.
Cheers to all,
Mary Berle, Principal
