If you don't want to go thought almost 250 slides we've done it for you and we concluded that this year's presentation brings up a vision of a truly challenged global society, where digitization is causing the crisis of the XXth centuries institutions, and the rise of new ones.
You will notice how business model are moving towards "pay per value creation", how the close relationship between a small brand and its customers is fundamental, how the labor market is asking for knowledge, flexibility and... prosumers.
In this context the GAFA are becoming trusted advisors, that eat all they can eat out of the market, at the same time enabling plaforms shapers to organize further vertical markets.
