INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON BIODIVERSITY: REGIONS TOWARDS THE COP14
Only one week until the Conference "A Territorial Rights Based Approach to Biodiversity"! Regional governments will share their actions and commitments for biodiversity conservation and adopt a common position towards the COP14.

QUEBEC CELEBRATES THE 25th ANNIVERSARY OF THE CONVENTION ON BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY
The celebrations were held in Montreal, Quebec, host city of the CBD's Secretariat, last May 22nd. The event gathered important authorities to remind the importance of this ground-breaking agreement, as Quebec's Environment Minister and CBD's Executive Secretary.

MEMBERS IN ACTION: SANTA ELENA & MANABI
The neighbour provinces Ecuador have joined forces for the creation of the "Consortium to Tackle Climate Change in the Coastal Range" aimed to combine institutional and citizens' efforts and promote joint policies in the Chongon Colonche Mountain Range.

RegionsAdapt is part of the scientific committee for the call for papers on climate change mitigation, adaptation and resilience of the Institute of the Francophonie for Sustainable Development and University of Quebec at Chicoutimi. Call open until June 30.
