PACE Financing Improvements Support Clean Energy Projects
The City of Ithaca has adopted changes to its Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Financing law, making the program available to a broader range of local energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. Tompkins County is poised to do the same later this month. Learn more.

EV Tompkins Paves the Way to Electric Vehicle Adoption
The new EV Tompkins initiative is aiming to double the number of electric vehicles (EV) in the county by installing EV chargers, working with auto dealers to increase inventory, and increasing public awareness. 11 local EV chargers were installed recently - including three in City of Ithaca parking garages - as part of the program. Free Energy Efficiency Upgrades Available for Renters, Homeowners
TCAction’s Weatherization Assistance Program reduces the energy burden on low-income residents by installing energy efficiency measures that directly result in a more comfortable home with lower energy bills.
