Hellooo Summer!

School's out, fun's out - join our swimming programs this summer! 

Summer Swim Lab: Intensive 7-week program focusing on utilizing swimming aids and stroke drills

Summer Learn-to-Swim Program: 9-week non-intensive daily swimming lessons - sign up for as many days as you can attend!

PLEASE NOTE: The safety of your children is of paramount importance - as such, we require parents to be on deck at all times of their child's recreational pool use. Your child will not be allowed to enter the pool for recreational swimming with the presence of only his/her helper. Helpers are also not allowed to participate in Toddler Swimming Lessons - parents are required to accompany their child at all times. Children over the age of 12 are however allowed to enter the pool unsupervised for recreational swimming.

New Faces

We are very happy to welcome Greg Fasala on board our team as our new Aquatics Manager! The former Olympic medalist has a wealth of experience both in and out of the pool, competing at the highest levels and running his own swim school back in Brisbane. He is a great addition to our Aquatics program, especially for Swim Team and Masters swimmers.


Zack, our new Aquatics Coordinator, might be a familiar face to some students as he has been teaching the SwimAmerica program at The Club for a while now. He was involved with learn-to-swim programs at various schools previously and will be great at helping our young swimmers progress in their swimming journeys.
Aquatics Group Fitness Program
 
If swimming is not your thing but being fit and being around the water are…check out our new and improved Aqua Fitness program! We are also able to accommodate private sessions for you and your friends. Click here to view our schedule. For more information, please email aquatics@amclub.org.sg.

Aqua Stand-Up is inspired by stand-up paddle boarding mixed with different fitness techniques such as HIIT, Pilates, Yoga and muscular conditioning.

Aqua Stand-Up Zen incorporates Pilates, Yoga, stretching and relaxation on the water. 

Aqua Stand-Up Tube
 trains the body on the water using resistance tubes. 

Aqua Aerobics HIIT comprises high intensity workouts with few resistance options which focus on moving, targeting core strength and cardio. 

Aqua Aerobics Strength is an upbeat, fast-paced resistance training workout which features repetitive movements that are ideal for toning and training the muscles. 

Deep Water Running is made up of vigorous workouts which highlight cardiovascular health and focus on targeted muscle groups.

Masters 

The Masters program with Greg will continue to run through the summer. Open to all swimmers who know basic swim strokes - we'll help to improve your technique and build your fitness!
