  • Netspark for Windows Update.

In the newsletter 2 weeks ago we told you about errors in Windows 7 Ultimate. When looking into this issue further we have discovered that the issues are due to a bug in all Windows 7 versions, which was patched in a Windows security update posted by Microsoft on 3/9/2015 (KB3033929). You can read more about this patch here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=46148 .
This week we launched version 1.0.2 . In the new version, the app checks the Windows updates and detects if the needed Windows Security Update is installed. If it is not installed an alert will pop up to notify that the operating system should be updated. We recommend that you update Windows to the latest updated version. If you ignore the pop-up you will be able to continue with the installation process, but we cannot guarantee that the filter will work properly.
Of course, this also means that you can return to installing NetSpark Mobile for windows on Windows 7 Ultimate.
Our team is also working on a bypass to this Windows bug so that we won't need to rely on Windows being updated.
