Breaking News! Rompost TV's special report on Lyrids Folk Dance Festival 2018 will be broadcast on OMNI Television, during the Rompost TV show, on Sunday, June 24th, at 1:00 pm on the following channels: Telus, Ch 119 or 120 and Shaw cable on Ch 8 or 214. The program repeats on Monday and Friday, the following week at 7;00 am and 7;30 am. After the broadcasts, a YouTube link will be available.

Looking forward to Lyrids 2019

The 6th Lyrids festival on the weekend of May 3-5, 2019, will feature Jaap Leegwater and Mea Nordenfelt teaching Bulgarian dances, and Ed Austin teaching an International selection of dances. Save the date!
The location will be the Peretz Centre, 6184 Ash Street, Vancouver, BC.

Thursday,September 27, 7-10pm, Roberto Bagnoli will do a dance workshop at Surrey International Folk Dancing at Walnut Road Elementary School, 16152 82 Ave, Surrey. Admission: $10 drop-in, or $5 for SIFD members.
