Jacksons has purchased the Pizza Hut land and plans to make a new store on the site, incorporating this property to the north. To do so, they have requested adjustments to Zoning Code standards for maximum setbacks and maximum vehicle area.
After hearing concerns from the MNA and a number of neighbors, the applicant made changes to their design to keep more mature trees and make a pedestrian plaza at the corner of 82nd and Glisan. Come hear about these changes this Wednesday with Duncan Wallace, the applicant for the land use review currently underway.
