As you may know, Rice Psychology Group is made up of employees and independent professionals who work as a team to provide a broad scope of consultation, therapy and assessment services to individuals and families in the Tampa Bay area. We are so excited to welcome and introduce three new members to our team!

Nikel Rogers-Wood Ph.D, Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Nikel Rogers-Wood is a Licensed Psychologist who primarily works with adolescents and adults. Originally from the Caribbean, Dr. Rogers-Wood joined RPG after several years in college counseling, private practice and as a college professor! Her areas of focus are women’s emotional health (well-being, prenatal and postpartum concerns, fertility challenges/loss of pregnancy), disordered eating, relationship concerns (break-ups, friendship difficulties), family therapy, self-esteem, adjustment, and career concerns. Dr. Rogers-Wood also performs psychoeducational and psychosocial assessments with children, adolescents and adults.

Ashley Diehl Ph.D, Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Diehl is a Licensed Psychologist and Nationally Certified School Psychologist who specializes in positive psychology, social-emotional learning, and in the delivery of services and supports in schools. With a focus on children, adolescents and families, Dr. Diehl offers both therapy and psychoeducational assessments at RPG. She partners with parents and teachers to create strategies and systems that are built on strengths and positive attributes. Dr. Diehl has experience working with young people who have emotional, behavioral, and social difficulties in a broad range of settings including public schools, alternative education, residential, and private practice.

Andy Coble, Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Andy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a focus on family therapy who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and their families. He has experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral issues, substance use, trauma, anxiety, and depression. In addition, Andy has worked closely with families who are struggling with communication and conflict. Andy has a master’s degree in counseling from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology which is now called Argosy University.
