Special Restorative Asana & Pranayama Class

The next step after asana is pranayama. Once the body, mind, nerves are comfortable with asana the next step is to introduce pranayama the control of breath to increase or make even the energy inherent in nature to flow through us.
We will begin with relaxing restorative postures to open, spread, elongate the different areas of the body, mind, nerves to prepare for the practice of pranayama ending with a quiet, serene state to take us through the day.
Please register in advance as space and props are limited!
Payments are: cash, cheque, email money transfer to tim@planetyoga.ca.
Yoga classes at Planet Yoga July 3 to 14
Tues 7:30-9pm
Wed 5:45-7:15pm
Sat 10-11:30am
All classes are mixed level for these two weeks.
Fees: All 6 classes $60
Any 4 classes $50
Single class $15
Make up classes are not allowed from previous sessions during these two weeks. If you miss any of your classes during this period there will be no make up classes awarded.
Planet Yoga will be closed for vacation from July 15-August 13.
