Lead Story
KnowTheChain: Ranking of 40 ICT companies on efforts to address forced labour in supply chains
  • Intel overtook Apple and HP to lead the ranking. The four companies scoring above 70/100 all have strong practices in place, particularly in the area of recruitment
  • Lesser known companies, like Keyence and Microchip Technology, scored low. Broadcom saw an 81% decrease in its score since 2016 and Amazon scored poorly compared to peers its size
  • Worker voice and recruitment are among the lowest scoring themes for all companies
  • KnowTheChain is supported by global investors representing over USD 3 trillion in assets who also commit to taking action to eradicate forced labour in their portfolios
